Janelle DuPont

Professional Experience

Janelle Dupont is a professional writer and communication consultant with extensive experience in the educational, business and non-profit sectors. Her clients have included universities, the IBM Corporation, the LBJ Presidential Library, and public relations and marketing agencies.

From 1990 to 2003, Janelle served as director of marketing and communication for the Rice University School of Continuing Studies in Houston, Texas. She was the senior writer for the School's strategic plans and fundraising materials as well as its award-winning marketing publications. From 1985 to 1989, she was a communication consultant to IBM units in Florida, Texas, and New York. She currently edits a publication of the School of Information, University of Texas at Austin.
