Dan joined Marts & Lundy in 2000 bringing with him twenty-five years of experience in independent schools and higher education. In 2011 he agreed to serve as the firm's director of client relations while also maintaining a small group of active consulting clients. He previously served the firm as co-leader of the School's Practice Group (2004-2011) and as a member of the Board of Directors (2008-2011).

Dan has served a wide range of schools, colleges, universities, and other non-profits with a particular focus on campaigns, governance, program development, staff/volunteer training, and development assessments. He is a firm believer in data-driven strategies and tactics across a range of fundraising activities.

An active alumnus of Drew University, Dan has served as a trustee, as president of the college alumni/ae board and on the leadership gifts committee. He is also active in the community through his work on behalf of Family Promise of Bergen County.
